You'll need to whisk this vigorously while drizzling in the oil to emulsify the mixture. It can be done by hand, in a blender, with a hand blender, in a food processor or chopper. I use my KitchenAid 5-cup Chopper with Whisking Accessory.
Add all ingredients except oil to bowl or vessel and mix together. Drizzle in the oil slowly while whisking the mixture. (If using a Chopper or Food Processor use the drizzle hole to control the flow of the oil.)
You can easily add fresh herbs, pestos, roasted red pepper to flavor your mayonnaise. Store refrigerated for up to a week.
