Honey Kissed Blue Cheese Tartlets

cream cheese
softened
3
ounces
blue cheese
crumbled
2
tablespoons
pecans
chopped
2
tablespoons
chives
sliced 1/4" pieces, divided
1
package
frozen mini fillo shells
2
tablespoons
honey

Greek yogurt
plain (I used 2%)

honey
divided

fresh fruit
(bite-size pieces)

frozen mini fillo shells
mint leaves for garnish
if desired
Instructions
Honey Kissed Blue Cheese Tartlets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, blue cheese, pecans and 1 tablespoon chives.
Arrange fillo shells on baking sheet and fill each with a rounded tablespoon portion of filling. You can mound them up a bit as they will melt down.
Bake for 10-14 minutes (times may vary based on your oven) or until the filling is hot, melty and just starting to brown.
Sprinkle cooked tartlets with remaining chives and drizzle each with a little honey, about ¼ to ½ teaspoon each.
Honey Kissed Fruit & Yogurt Tartlets
Thaw fillo shells.
In small bowl, combine yogurt and 2 tablespoons honey.
Right before serving, spoon a rounded teaspoon of yogurt mixture into fillo shells.
Top each with fruit and drizzle with remaining honey, about 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon each.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
