Super easy "ice cream" to make with no special equipment! Simply whip heavy cream and add vanilla and sweetened condensed milk. Freeze in a loaf pan for easy scooping! Also great to mix-in lots of fun ingredients: Crumbled cookies, chopped candy bars, swirls of ice cream toppings!
Using mixer with whisk, whip heavy cream until it just starts to thicken. Add vanilla and drizzle in one fourth of the sweetened condensed milk. Whip a little longer and drizzle in another fourth of the sweetened condensed milk. Continue whipping and drizzling in sweetened condensed milk until the mixture thickens, increases in volume and forms soft peaks.
Gently spoon mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 6-8 hours.

NOTE:There are endless options for flavoring this ice cream.Some cinnamon (1/2 - 1 teaspoon) is great when pairing with apple pies, cobbler's and crisp!If you would like to add cookies, I add about 10 cookies, crumbled. I folded them in gently at the end.You can also swirl in your favorite ice cream toppings: caramel, fudge, sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc...
