2 qt or larger
1 whisk - or electric mixer
I use my KitchenAid Hand Mixer with Whisk
2-4 individual serving glasses
Ingredients

box (0.3 oz)
sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
1/2
cup
boiling water
1/2
cup
ice water
1
cup
plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
Instructions
Add gelatin to heat safe bowl (2 qt or larger).
Add 1/2 cup boiling water to gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup ice water to cool mixture down.
Stir in Greek Yogurt.
Pour into individual serving glasses if desired.
Notes
For Fluffier Texture:
Let set up part way in the refrigerator. Then whip some more before spooning into individual serving glasses.
