This Cadbury Mini Eggs Whipped Cheesecake Dip is so easy to whip up! The cream cheese base lends creaminess with a little tang. The malted milk powder gives a little bit of a malted milk ball or malted milk shake flavor. You can serve with fruit, salty pretzels or simple chocolate or vanilla cookies! Ingredients
Whipped Cream Mixture:
1cupheavy "whipping" creamvery cold
1/4cupmalted milk powdersee note for substitution
Cream Cheese Mixture:
8ouncescream cheeseroom temp.
4tablespoonsbutterroom temp.
1 1/4cuppowdered sugardivided
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2cupchopped Cadbury Mini Eggsplus additional for garnish

Instructions
Whipped Cream Mixture:
Combine cold heavy cream and malted milk powder and whip until stiff peaks form. (You can whip by hand with a whisk or use a mixer with whisk/whip attachment.)
Cream Cheese Mixture:
In another bowl beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and 1 cup of the powdered sugar until smooth. Then mix in chopped Mini Cadbury Eggs.
Mix half the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the rest of the whipped cream by hand so it stays fluffy. Taste for sweetness - add additional 1/4 cup powdered sugar if desired.
Spoon into a bowl and serve with fruit, cookies and/or pretzels. Can be made up to 2-days in advance. Refrigerate.
Notes
Malted Milk Powder Substitution:
You can skip the malted milk powder and add 1 Tablespoon of instant vanilla pudding mix.
