This is my favorite green smoothie!  I like to make it at least twice a week.  It’s a great way to get lots of greens, fruits and fiber into your diet.  I often pour it into a to-go cup and take it on the run.  I use lacinato kale which is also known as dinosaur/dino kale, Tuscan kale and black kale.

Tropical Green Smoothie

I make the smoothie a couple times a week. It's a great way to get more greens and fruits in your diet. A high powered blender works great to make a super smooth smoothie! I used the KitchenAid High Performance Blender. Makes 2 smaller or 1 larger serving.
