Can this be made keto friendly? Looks delicious but the bananas and pineapple are not keto.

Hi Elaine – The frozen fruits are basically what it’s made from – are there frozen fruits that are more keto friendly??

Can it be made with regular low-fat yogurt or does it half to be greek?

Greek yogurt is thicker. You can use regular yogurt but the texture may be a little different. Enjoy!!
