Packed full of Protein – Delicious Sweet Treat!
We always had cottage cheese in our refrigerator growing up. I remember the pink and white striped container – it was called “Calorie Counters” or something like that – anyway – I’ve always been a cottage cheese fan. Lately though, cottage cheese has really been having its day in all kinds of recipes as a way to add more protein to your diet – like this Cottage Cheese Chocolate Pudding Recipe!
Whipped cottage cheese (simply smoothing cottage cheese using a food processor, blender or chopper) Is a great protein-filled base ingredient to add to many recipes such as pancakes, pasta, dips, overnight oats and more! Whipped cottage cheese is also the starting point for the viral cottage cheese chocolate pudding trend!

I made some of the viral cottage cheese chocolate puddings I saw on social media – some were not good at all – But with some research, testing & tweaking, I finally have a recipe good enough to share! It’s pretty simple with just 5 ingredients and a food processor, you too can enjoy a delicious sweet treat that is packed full of protein – Cottage Cheese Chocolate Pudding!!
Disclaimer:
This is a high-protein version of “pudding” in much the same way that there are chia seed “puddings.” It’s not really going to compare taste or texture-wise to your grandma’s homemade rich and delicious real and true chocolate pudding. But, it is a tasty, thick and creamy high-protein snack.
