    Have you heard anything more about your cookbook and when and where can we buy a copy of it?
    Tina, did you get the recipe I sent to you
    Made with Pork Chops in Tomato sauce
    I forgot to tell you that I put anchovy paste
    In mine about 1/2 teaspoon or more due to your taste .

      Pork chops in tomato sauce,
      Brown center cut pork chops on both sides lay them on a plate
      Mix, chopped onions bell peppers garlic and mushrooms and cook for 5-8 minutes removed from pan add about a 1/4 – 1/2 of good dry red wine, Add pork chops, seasoning with garlic powder onion powder seasoning salt Mrs Dash add cooked onions garlic and mushrooms add tomato sauce about 30
      Ounces
      Mix together, cook low to medium low for 2 to
      3 hours until falling off the bone check seasoning serve with mashed potatoes.
