Using a Blender to Make Salsa:
I’m using the (Coming to QVC 7/5/26) NEW KitchenAid Pure Power Blender with Glass Jar! Personally, I love the glass jar as I feel it doesn’t stain or retain odors / flavors! The pulse feature is very responsive and helps you achieve whatever texture you like!
Layer your Ingredients in the Blender:
- Drained tomatoes on the bottom
- Lime juice, garlic and spices next
- Then onions and jalapeño pieces
- Last on top the cilantro
The juicy ingredients at the bottom help everything move around and combine, The onions and jalapeño get chopped up nicely first and the cilantro gets minced up last. In just a few pulses, you get a nice thick even texture.
