Creamy Greek Yogurt Jello went viral for good reason – it’s an Easy-to-Make, Protein Dense, Low Sugar, High Volume Delicious Treat!

How to Make: Creamy Greek Yogurt Jello – Tips:
- Use any flavor jello you like!
- The recipe is simple to make! I like to quickly dissolve the jello powder with my KitchenAid Hand Mixer!
- Adjust your serving sizes – Photos show 2x batch
- If you ate the whole batch yourself, no big deal – Less than 200 calories and a whopping 20 grams of protein – for the whole recipe! (approx.)
- For Fluffier Texture: Let set-up part way in the refrigerator. Then whip some more before spooning into individual serving glasses.
- Add fresh fruit to the mixture!
- Top with a little whipped cream to dress it up!

Servings: 2 large servings
Equipment
- 1 heat safe bowl 2 qt or larger
- 1 whisk – or electric mixer I use my KitchenAid Hand Mixer with Whisk
- 2-4 individual serving glasses
Ingredients
- 1 box (0.3 oz) sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add gelatin to heat safe bowl (2 qt or larger).
- Add 1/2 cup boiling water to gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup ice water to cool mixture down.
- Stir in Greek Yogurt.
- Pour into individual serving glasses if desired.
