Hi Heidi –
I actually use the Toll House Cookie recipe right from the chocolate chip bag! I scoop the dough, then chill the dough balls before I bake them. Helps them to not get so flat. You can also freeze some of the dough balls and just bake them when you need them.
Can you tell me what the containers you were using that were glass but straight up and down not bowls some even had handles I have the nine speed tha5 I bought from another time when you were on and these would really help me out when using my hand mixer of course in kitchenaid red I love all the things you teach us but I was tryon* to look up those glass containers and I do not have the right words
