KitchenAid Cordless – 7-Speed Hand Mixer – K87882

KitchenAid Accessory Pack: All additional Beaters + Canvas Storage Bag – K89063

Street Corn Dip
This dip was inspired by the Rojo's Mexican Style Street Corn Dip which was recommended to me as a good find at Costco! I guess this is my dupe or copycat version of Rojo's! Tasting them side-by-side, I like mine better, it has tons of flavor, the texture is a a little thicker/chunkier and has a less pronounced mayonnaise taste.

Melted Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Chewy!
Melted butter helps to make a chewy more dense style cookie (rather than creamed butter and sugar) recipes. You can bake the cookies after mixing, but if you have the time, I strongly suggest chilling the dough balls in the refrigerator for as long as you can. (2 hours to 2 days!) It really deepens the flavor and improves the texture. I like to chill the dough balls rather than the whole batch of cookie dough. As the dough is easier to scoop when it's soft and the dough balls don't take as long to chill as does a whole bowl of dough.

Hot Honey Chicken Dip
All the flavors of Nashville Hot Honey Chicken combine with creamy cheeses and bacon to create an irresistible dip! You can totally adjust the "Hot" factor in this dip, by adding more or less hot sauce! As written the dip has mild heat that balances nicely with the touch of honey and creamy cheeses.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip
Chicken Cordon Bleu originated in Switzerland! But you can enjoy all the flavors of the classic chicken dish right in your own home! Chicken, ham and Swiss cheese combine in this savory, melty-cheesy and creamy dip! Dig in with some crunchy crostini, veggies or your favorite dippers!

Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These Chocolate Chip Cookies are buttery and soft with a nice chew when you bite into them! They’re not too thick and not too thin. They come out of the oven puffed in the center, but while cooling, that center nestles down into pure chewy delicious-ness! YUM! This recipe make 2-dozen cookies, a perfectly manageable batch! They stay soft when stored in an air-tight container and they freeze perfectly either before or after baking.

Pie Filling Easy Cake Recipe:
This recipe uses just 4 ingredients and makes a moist, fluffy, fruity cake! All you do is mix together a cake mix, can of pie filling, 3 eggs and some vanilla extract! You can bake it as a layer cake, 9” x 13” cake or 24 cupcakes!

Cottage Cheese Savory Breakfast Muffins
Delicious protein packed, gluten-free savory cheddar and broccoli muffins!
Recipe adapted from "Savory Cottage Cheese Muffins" by "Hey Nutrition Lady" Amounts edited to make 6 muffins – as I like to bake them in my counter-top oven and use my smaller 6-cup muffin tin. I also added some seasonings. You can double the recipe for a larger 12-cup muffin tin.

“Lime in the Coconut” – Key Lime Pie
Classic Key Lime Pie; Creamy, tart and sweet in a crisp graham cracker crust that’s mildly flavored with a little shredded coconut, coconut oil and a touch of salt. The coconut gets nice and toasted while the crust pre-bakes!

Easy Sprinkle Sheet Cake
Fun and delicious sprinkle cake! "Almost-homemade" this easy recipe starts with a box mix. So many cake mixes have shrunken over the years, this recipe adds back some flour and sugar along with sour cream for flavor and moisture! It bakes up tall and moist in your 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.

Pistachio Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze
This moist delicious bundt cake is easy and always a crowd pleaser!  It’s a quick cake to mix together as it starts with a white cake mix and a box of pistachio instant pudding – then you mix in eggs, oil and sour cream, which makes it tender and moist.  The center of the cake has a ribbon of cinnamon sugar.  You can dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar or drizzle with cream cheese glaze – yum!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.
