Stand Mixer Recipes:

Street Corn Dip
This dip was inspired by the Rojo's Mexican Style Street Corn Dip which was recommended to me as a good find at Costco! I guess this is my dupe or copycat version of Rojo's! Tasting them side-by-side, I like mine better, it has tons of flavor, the texture is a a little thicker/chunkier and has a less pronounced mayonnaise taste.

Sink the Boat Dip
My version of the viral Boat Dip recipe. I add some extra flavorful ingredients that just may Sink the Boat! Cream cheese and sour cream make up the creamy base, then you can add either taco seasoning or ranch seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, corn, bacon, shredded cheddar and chives! Yum! You'll be enjoying this easy to make and flavorful dip all summer long! (Whether or not a boat is involved!)

A hand is holding a scoop of dip on a potato chip. In the background are some potato chips and a small wooden dish with shredded cheddar and chives.
Stand Mixer Massaged Kale Salad
Easiest way to massage and dress your kale salad at the same time! Kale is a tough green and needs to be massaged to make it easier to chew in (raw) kale salads. Rather than massaging your kale by hand – use your stand mixer! It's easier, cleaner and faster!

White Chocolate “Mousse” Recipe
Super easy white chocolate “mousse” – It’s delicious and fluffy and as easy as whipping cream! (“Mousse” in parenthesis as it’s not a technical mousse with eggs.)

Orange Cinnamon Sweet Roll Monkey Bread:
Remember those refrigerated orange cinnamon rolls? This Orange Cinnamon Sweet Roll Monkey Bread recipe takes those flavors and makes them so much better! Homemade orange kissed sweet roll yeast dough is combined with butter and orange scented cinnamon sugar, a gooey brown sugar syrup, then baked until fluffy, sticky and golden brown in a Bundt pan. While still warm the monkey bread is drizzled with a simple orange glaze. Then it's fun to pull off pieces of monkey bread to enjoy or it can alternatively be served in slices like coffee cake!

Iced Lemon Loaf Cake
Moist lemon cake made with Greek yogurt and fresh lemon zest. It's topped with a simple powdered sugar lemony icing. Super simple to mix together and tastes better than the Lemon Loaf at Starbucks! Homemade with love is always the best!

Pizza Dough for Grilling
I love grilling pizza all year round! You can heat your grill up to a really high heat and get that nice char that you are used to from those wood fired pizza restaurants! Watch my video and follow this recipe – I'll take you step-by-step from mixing up the simple dough to perfectly grilling your pizza! This recipe makes enough for 2, 12" pizzas.

Guacamole! Stand Mixer
Guacamole made easier by mashing with your stand mixer! The results are creamy, chunky and full of flavor! So much more delicious than store bought!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Stand Mixer Muddled Batch Mojitos
Great hack for muddling 6-8 drinks at a time! Use your KitchenAid Stand Mixer with your flat beater to do all the work for you!

Brown Sugar Crumble Topping
Delicious Brown Sugar Crumble Topping for your coffee cakes, muffins, fruit desserts and pies! It makes about 2.5 cups. The perfect amount to generously top a 13 x 9-inch baking pan or a batch of 12 standard sized muffins with some left over!

Easy Homemade Flour Tortillas
These tortillas are so much more delicious than store bought! They’re soft, bendable and taste great with whatever filling you like! They’re easy to mix-up by hand or with your hand or stand mixer! I made them with both vegetable shortening and solid coconut oil.

Melted Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Chewy!
Melted butter helps to make a chewy more dense style cookie (rather than creamed butter and sugar) recipes. You can bake the cookies after mixing, but if you have the time, I strongly suggest chilling the dough balls in the refrigerator for as long as you can. (2 hours to 2 days!) It really deepens the flavor and improves the texture. I like to chill the dough balls rather than the whole batch of cookie dough. As the dough is easier to scoop when it's soft and the dough balls don't take as long to chill as does a whole bowl of dough.

Perfectly Fudgy Stand Mixer Brownies
I discovered a new method for mixing brownies! My whole life, I thought you were supposed to hand mix brownies… through some research, I discovered the egg foam technique! In recipes calling for whisking together eggs and sugar, turns out you're supposed to whisk if for way longer than I ever realized – and a stand mixer fitted with wire whip is perfect for this!. That whipping transforms the mixture into a thick, voluminous mixture – that when finished will fall back into the bowl off the whisk in a thick ribbon – called the "ribbon stage."
This technique gives you that delicious fudge brownie center with that beautiful shiny, crinkly top – the hallmark of a perfect brownie!

Chocolate Buttermilk Bundt Cake
I almost gave up on Bundt cakes altogether, but I sure am glad I didn’t cause this triple chocolatey cake sure was worth the wait!!  It’s moist and rich and full of chocolate flavor without being too heavy or dense.

Hot Honey Chicken Dip
All the flavors of Nashville Hot Honey Chicken combine with creamy cheeses and bacon to create an irresistible dip! You can totally adjust the "Hot" factor in this dip, by adding more or less hot sauce! As written the dip has mild heat that balances nicely with the touch of honey and creamy cheeses.
