Cadbury Mini Eggs Whipped Cheesecake Dip
This Cadbury Mini Eggs Whipped Cheesecake Dip is so easy to whip up!
The cream cheese base lends creaminess with a little tang. The malted milk powder gives a little bit of a malted milk ball or malted milk shake flavor. You can serve with fruit, salty pretzels or simple chocolate or vanilla cookies! It's sure to be a crowd pleaser at your Easter or spring celebration!

This frittata cooks up quickly and makes for an easy weeknight supper or…would be perfect for a brunch…Mother’s Day perhaps (hint, hint, wink, wink to my family!)  I love to serve the frittata with a simple arugula salad.  The peppery, bitterness of the arugula pairs really well with the rich taste of the frittata and the sweetness from the onions and fennel.  YUM!

Stand Mixer Sourdough Bread
Use your Stand Mixer to make delicious sourdough! It's a more accessible and streamlined process! This recipe makes a 1.5 pound boule shaped loaf. Sourdough bread is known for its tangy flavor, chewy texture, and crisp, crackly crust. It is a naturally leavened bread, which in its purest form, uses a starter of wild yeast and good bacteria rather than commercial yeast. Beginners: Don't panic that the recipe/instructions seem long, once you make it a couple times you won't even need the recipe. How to Make: Dubai Style Pistachio Oreo Truffles
I took the basic flavors of a Dubai Style Chocolate Bar and created an Oreo truffle version! They're absolutely scrumptious and fun to make!
The filling of my Dubai Style Pistachio Oreo Truffles is made from homemade rich and buttery pistachio butter, light and crispy phyllo pastry shells and Golden Oreo Sandwich Cookies – that lend their familiar crunchy, creamy vanilla flavor!

How to Make Pistachio Butter
If you love pistachios and nut butters, then you have to try homemade pistachio butter! Right out of the blender or food processor it's warm, creamy and nutty with just a touch of sweetness from honey and a sprinkle of salt to bring out the delicate pistachio flavor. It's delicious spread on warm toast, drizzled on pancakes, scooped with apple slices, dolloped onto your oatmeal or in recipes where you would use any nut butter! Yield: approximately 2 cups pistachio butter

Chicken Enchilada Dip: Oven Baked or Slow Cooker
One of the most requested recipes I make during my KitchenAid on QVC demonstrations! It’s a family favorite at home too! Very flavorful, but not super spicy. It’s so easy to make – shredding the chicken with my hand mixer or stand mixer makes this recipe so easy! Take a shortcut by using rotisserie chicken.

Tina’s Pie Crust Recipe
A simple pie crust recipe for your food processor, your stand mixer or to make by hand This is the recipe I use in all my KitchenAid on QVC demonstrations. Makes 2, 9" standard pie crusts for a double crust pie. (if your pie plate is not standard and is super deep dish – you may want to add an extra 1/2 the recipe. See Notes for those measurements. Need to blind bake your crust – see directions in Notes.

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Delicious Brown Sugar Crumble Topping for your coffee cakes, muffins, fruit desserts and pies! It makes about 2.5 cups. The perfect amount to generously top a 13 x 9-inch baking pan or a batch of 12 standard sized muffins with some left over!

Pistachio Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze
This moist delicious bundt cake is easy and always a crowd pleaser!  It’s a quick cake to mix together as it starts with a white cake mix and a box of pistachio instant pudding – then you mix in eggs, oil and sour cream, which makes it tender and moist.  The center of the cake has a ribbon of cinnamon sugar.  You can dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar or drizzle with cream cheese glaze – yum!

Chimichurri Sauce
This quick and easy herb sauce is perfect for summer! It’s delicious with grilled meats, chicken and seafood! It’s super fast to whip up this sauce in a chopper, food processor or blender.    You can alternatively chop the garlic and herbs by hand and whisk it all together or give it a shake in a jar.  The sauce is totally customizable, add more/less garlic, red pepper flakes or salt to your taste!

Love the gorgeous color of this delicious beet hummus! The beet flavor is subtle and accented with garlic, fresh lemon juice and cumin. Decorate the top with whatever you like! I used: lemon zest, black sesame seeds, parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt!
