Hand Mixer Demo Recipes:
Berry Cheesecake Salad
Ok so it’s not really a typical “salad” – it’s a dessert salad! Fresh ripe berries are folded into a fluffy cheesecake filling along with some mini marshmallows that get all melty!

Weeknight Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Weeknight pulled pork cooks in your slow-cooker and uses easy-to-deal-with pork tenderloin rather than big cumbersome bone-in pork shoulder (save that for the weekend!) Add some fat and flavor with finely chopped bacon – it slow cooks with the dry rubbed pork tenderloin and melts in beautifully making for a flavorful and succulent weeknight meal!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Soft Cream Cheese Sugar Cookie Bars
These Soft Cream Cheese Sugar Cookie Bars are thick, soft, chewy and have just enough tang from the cream cheese to offset some of the sweetness in the cookie and the buttercream frosting.

Lemon White Chocolate Scones
These Lemon White Chocolate Scones are a little crispy on the edges, but moist, tender and bursting with lemon flavor on the inside! They’re studded with white chocolate chips for creamy vanilla bursts of flavor. Drizzled over the top is a sweet, tangy lemon glaze. They don’t last long in my house – We absolutely love them!

How to Make a Blended Blizzard Style Ice Cream Treat with Your Stand Mixer
Have a fun "Blizzard" making night! You can easily mix up thick and creamy "concrete" or "Flurry" ice cream treats using your stand mixer! The flavor combinations are endless! Set out bowls of mix-ins and make sure to have plenty of ice cream! The stand mixer gently mixes the ice cream to soften (without too much melting or liquifiying) and blends in the toppings perfectly. I used vanilla ice cream, TruFru candies and fresh raspberries for mine! Share your favorite combo in the comments!

Italian Style Chicken Salad
I use a chopper or food processor to chop this chicken salad up lickety-split! The tastiness comes from a few flavorful friends in the pantry: pitted kalamata olives (but any olive would work) and giardiniera; an Italian style mix of pickled vegetables.

I have one of the original ice cream makers and would like to know if the new beater attachment will work with that or do I have to buy the whole new set? Also, if possible, where would I be able to get the individual paddle parts?
Hi Catherine – The Dashers for the ice cream makers are specific to either the original or the newer version – they’re not interchangeable.
I would reach out to KitchenAid Customer Care to see about individual parts. You can reach them here.
