Hand Mixer Demo Recipes:

Berry Cheesecake Salad
Ok so it’s not really a typical “salad” – it’s a dessert salad! Fresh ripe berries are folded into a fluffy cheesecake filling along with some mini marshmallows that get all melty! Adapted from “Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Salad” by Mandy @South Your Mouth

Weeknight Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Weeknight pulled pork cooks in your slow-cooker and uses easy-to-deal-with pork tenderloin rather than big cumbersome bone-in pork shoulder (save that for the weekend!) Add some fat and flavor with finely chopped bacon – it slow cooks with the dry rubbed pork tenderloin and melts in beautifully making for a flavorful and succulent weeknight meal!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

KitchenAid Bread Bowl Attachment: K54581

Parmesan Pimiento Bread
This gorgeous golden colored bread if flavored with Parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary and savory pimiento peppers. The bread bakes up beautifully in the KitchenAid Bread Bowl Attachment or in a 6-8 quart Dutch oven (oven safe heavy pot with oven-safe lid).

Stand Mixer Demo Recipes:

Soft Cream Cheese Sugar Cookie Bars
These Soft Cream Cheese Sugar Cookie Bars are thick, soft, chewy and have just enough tang from the cream cheese to offset some of the sweetness in the cookie and the buttercream frosting.

Lemon White Chocolate Scones
These Lemon White Chocolate Scones are a little crispy on the edges, but moist, tender and bursting with lemon flavor on the inside! They’re studded with white chocolate chips for creamy vanilla bursts of flavor. Drizzled over the top is a sweet, tangy lemon glaze. They don’t last long in my house – We absolutely love them!

How to Make a Blended Blizzard Style Ice Cream Treat with Your Stand Mixer
Have a fun "Blizzard" making night! You can easily mix up thick and creamy "concrete" or "Flurry" ice cream treats using your stand mixer! The flavor combinations are endless! Set out bowls of mix-ins and make sure to have plenty of ice cream! The stand mixer gently mixes the ice cream to soften (without too much melting or liquifiying) and blends in the toppings perfectly.
I used vanilla ice cream, TruFru candies and fresh raspberries for mine! Share your favorite combo in the comments!

A short glass is filled with the pale pink blizzard mixture. There is a pink plastic spoon in the glass. Fresh raspberries and TruFru (chocolate covered freeze dried berries) candy garnish the treat. There are bowls of candies and cookies in the background.
White Chocolate “Mousse” Recipe
Super easy white chocolate “mousse” – It’s delicious and fluffy and as easy as whipping cream! (“Mousse” in parenthesis as it’s not a technical mousse with eggs.)

Sink the Boat Dip
My version of the viral Boat Dip recipe. I add some extra flavorful ingredients that just may Sink the Boat! Cream cheese and sour cream make up the creamy base, then you can add either taco seasoning or ranch seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, corn, bacon, shredded cheddar and chives! Yum! You'll be enjoying this easy to make and flavorful dip all summer long! (Whether or not a boat is involved!)

A hand is holding a scoop of dip on a potato chip. In the background are some potato chips and a small wooden dish with shredded cheddar and chives.
Tina’s Pie Crust Recipe
A simple pie crust recipe for your food processor, your stand mixer or to make by hand This is the recipe I use in all my KitchenAid on QVC demonstrations. Makes 2, 9" standard pie crusts for a double crust pie. (if your pie plate is not standard and is super deep dish – you may want to add an extra 1/2 the recipe. See Notes for those measurements. Need to blind bake your crust – see directions in Notes.

Stand Mixer Pizza Dough – Makes 2, 12-inch pizzas
Five simple ingredients and some rising time – that’s about all that is needed to make delicious homemade pizza crust! This recipe makes enough for 2, 12″ pizzas.

Brown Sugar Crumble Topping
Delicious Brown Sugar Crumble Topping for your coffee cakes, muffins, fruit desserts and pies! It makes about 2.5 cups. The perfect amount to generously top a 13 x 9-inch baking pan or a batch of 12 standard sized muffins with some left over!

KitchenAid Go Bundle:

Simple Strawberry Sauce (No Cook)
Great to pour over ice cream, yogurt, strawberry shortcake, pound cake, cheesecake, pancakes…  Also great to flavor sparkling water, smoothies, cocktails and lemonade! I pureed mine in my KitchenAid 3.5 cup Chopper, but you could use any chopper, food processor or blender.

Italian Style Chicken Salad
I use a chopper or food processor to chop this chicken salad up lickety-split! The tastiness comes from a few flavorful friends in the pantry: pitted kalamata olives (but any olive would work) and giardiniera; an Italian style mix of pickled vegetables.

Lemon Brownies w/ Macadamia Nuts & White Chocolate Chips
Moist lemony “brownies” studded with white chocolate chips and salted macadamia nuts. They’re topped with a lemon glaze and more macadamia nuts! Yum!!

Avocado Ranch Sauce, Dip or Dressing
Tasty, Creamy & Tangy Sauce that's super easy to make in a chopper, food processor or blender. I serve anywhere I'd use sour cream as a condiment and more! We love with our chicken taco or BBQ chicken bowls! It also makes a great dip or dressing!

The dish is in a white round ceramic bowl on top of a wooden board. There is a dish of additional sauce, cilantro and avocado in the background.

I have one of the original ice cream makers and would like to know if the new beater attachment will work with that or do I have to buy the whole new set? Also, if possible, where would I be able to get the individual paddle parts?

Hi Catherine – The Dashers for the ice cream makers are specific to either the original or the newer version – they’re not interchangeable.
I would reach out to KitchenAid Customer Care to see about individual parts. You can reach them here.
