Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy
This recipe is life-saver! Ok, it won’t save your life – literally, but it will save you from doing that last minute gravy thing while all your guests are breathing down your neck wondering if dinner is ready yet. This gravy can be made 4-days ahead, the turkey stock used to make the gravy can be made months ahead and frozen. On the big day, you can warm it up in a slow cooker so you don’t need an extra burner on the stove for gravy.

Herb Brined and Roasted Turkey
This is my “go-to” Thanksgiving turkey recipe. The brine makes the turkey so moist and flavorful! I make 2 of these turkeys every year for 25-30 people.
Total time for my 17-19 pound turkeys is approx. 4 – 4 1/2 hours (including 30 min. resting time)
This makes enough brine for 1 turkey.

Tina’s Pie Crust Recipe
A simple pie crust recipe for your food processor, your stand mixer or to make by hand This is the recipe I use in all my KitchenAid on QVC demonstrations. Makes 2, 9" standard pie crusts for a double crust pie. (if your pie plate is not standard and is super deep dish – you may want to add an extra 1/2 the recipe. See Notes for those measurements. Need to blind bake your crust – see directions in Notes.

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Our Favorite Chex Mix
This Chex Mix is one of our Thanksgiving traditions. It's so toasty, savory and crunchy! It makes a large batch – plenty to share with your crowd! I've been tweaking the recipe for years to get it just how we like it! You can easily customize your cereals and mix-ins. It makes 4 quarts of Chex Mix. It keeps for at least a week in an air-tight container – but never lasts long around our house!
