This is the smaller, half-size, version of our favorite “Macaroni & Cheese for a Crowd Recipe”. This version makes 10-12 servings depending on serving size. The recipe is a crowd favorite with a blend of cheddar and American cheese. It’s topped with buttered bread crumbs.

A more grown-up macaroni and cheese with fontina and gruyere cheese that is layered with caramelized crimini mushrooms, shallots and crispy bacon, then it’s topped with toasted lemon and parsley scented bread crumbs.  YUM!!!  

A delicious twist on your regular honey mustard dressing! Pumpkin adds a touch of wonderful fall flavor!

After a few rounds of my own broccoli cheddar soup (recipe to come), I developed this Roasted Cauliflower and Cheddar Soup.  You roast up the head of cauliflower while you pull together a broth and a cheese sauce. In the end you combine them all into a creamy, cheesy, chunky, “roasty” cauliflower filled delicious soup. Well, how did they like it you ask?  I’ll tell you this…the soup did not lay uneaten in the bowl, oh no, my un-soupiest eater asked for seconds!!  Woo Hoo!!
